TCU is subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 and as such cannot supply private information about faculty and staff that is covered by this act. In addition Social Security numbers are being protected and cannot be supplied to individuals requesting information. Identify theft has become a very real issue and TCU will do whatever is possible to secure this information.
Frog Call Flag TCU offers its faculty and staff the option to withhold home address and telephone numbers. This is done when the Frog Call Flag option is turned on. This option can be found on the Personal Data Form. That is the reason this information may be missing from any report you may have requested and it will also be missing from Frog Calls.
Examples of information that cannot be provided to departments is:
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
Marital Status
Health Related Information
Dependent Information
