Drawing Winners
The drawing for the $100 campus cash cards was held on December 15th and we are pleased to announce the winners.  In order to be eligible regular employees had to have gotten their flu shot and taken the Health Risk Assessment on-line through CIGNA.com.

The winner’s ID card will be used as a “Campus Cash Card” allowing them a $100 credit they can spend at any on-campus Sodexo eating establishment.

List of Winners

A Chance to Win $100
Get your free flu shot and complete the Health Risk Assessment on the MyCIGNA.com website by December 5, 2008 and be entered into a drawing for 1 out of 50 $100 Campus Cash Cards! (Prizes are subject to income tax.)

The Flu Shot Clinic is scheduled for October 22, 2008, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Recreation Center

Direct Deposit

As a result of emergency and business continuation planning, TCU Human Resources will implement direct deposit for all employees effective June 1, 2008.

Direct deposit of funds ensures payroll payments are made to all employees on time.  As we learned just a few months ago, a little ice on the roads can prevent HR staff from coming to work in order to get payroll prepared.

HR Staff worked with area banks who offer free checking accounts to TCU employees.  Some even offer ATMS on campus; such as Bank of America (Brown Lupton Student Center), Wells Fargo (Rickel Recreation Center) and Worth National Back (Smith Hall).

Signing up online for direct deposit is easy.  Go to my.tcu.edu; click Employee Self Service, then HR Self-Service Home and then the Direct Deposit link under Payroll Information.  Enrollment will be effective the second pay cycle after it is entered.
