Join Amy Goodson, sports dietitian for TCU Athletics and Ben Hogan Sports Therapy Institute, to discover how to build muscle and lose fat by eating like an athlete. Amy plans pre/post-game meals for TCU athletes, writes training table menus, and works on a variety of sports nutrition resources. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Texas Dietetic Association, and SCAN (Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutritionists).

Depression is a common mood disorder that can result in feelings of sadness and loss of interest and pleasure in life. It may be due to a variety of factors, none of which should be feared or stigmatized.  The most important thing to know about depression is that help is available, and that more than 80% of people suffering from it improve with treatment. If you haven’t been feeling yourself lately, take advantage of this free screening, conducted by the counseling professionals at TCU’s Counseling, Testing and Mental Health Center.
