ANNUAL ENROLLMENT FOR HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION PLANS AND FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS IS ON-LINE
- Annual Open Enrollment is on-line through Employee Self Service. If you wish to continue with your current health, dental, and vision plans, you do not need to take any action. Your current plans will remain in effect with no premium changes.
- You MUST take action if you wish to enroll in Flexible Spending Account(s) for 2010. Please complete the enrollment process on Employee Self Service.
- To access on-line enrollment log on to my.tcu.edu & navigate to: 1. Employee Self Service 2. HR Self Service Home 3. Benefits Enrollment.
- To make changes to your medical, dental, and vision plans you must complete the enrollment process on-line. The Human Resources web site features an FAQ section regarding Open Enrollment. Plan information can also be found under the Enrollment Handbook link on Employee Self Service.
- Any changes and/or additions will be effective January 1, 2010.
- On-line enrollment will be available from November 2, 2009 through November 20, 2009.
**NOTES**
**Flexible Spending Accounts will be administered by Discovery Benefits. We will have FSA debit cards.
**New medical ID cards will be sent only if you make a change in coverage.
**If you currently have Domestic Partner coverage, contact Human Resources to make changes to medical, dental or vision plans. You can enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts on-line.
**Proof of dependent status may be required if adding new dependents to your coverage.
