TCU is offering two self-paced, online training programs titled: “Preventing Employment Discrimination” and “Preventing Sexual Harassment.” These programs were created by New Media Learning Corporation. Sexual harassment and employment discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, national origin, religion, disability, or other legally protected classification is a violation of TCU policy, as well as various federal and state laws.
All TCU employees are required to complete this training by May 31, 2010, and once every three years thereafter. New Media Learning will report successful completion of the programs but not actual test scores.
