The Human Resources department maintains a Temporary Staff Pool for departments to use when regular staff are away from their jobs. Many of these staff have been with the university a number of years and have worked in a variety of offices across campus. Their knowledge of the university is considerable and they can fill in for absent staff and assist the department in the daily activities as long as needed. The majority of the temporary staff pool have office and clerical skills.
